At Draft & Craft, our Design & Build service brings together the full scope of MEP design, project management, material procurement and on-site execution under one contract giving clients a single accountable partner throughout the entire process.

This integrated approach allows us to control the flow from concept to completion, while maintaining full alignment between design intent, technical detailing and actual site implementation. We work on both shell & core spaces across all sectors, as well as renovation projects in active, functional environments where precision and coordination are critical.

Beyond drawings and planning, this phase involves procurement, logistics and real-time coordination with main contractors and other trades. We align our timelines and resources to avoid delays, reduce rework and ensure that systems are fully compliant and constructive.
